With love and love we created the secret recipe for ouzo Victor using unique local ingredients in the right proportions giving it a soft taste full of aromas of Aegean and Samos green.

It is still distilled to this day in exactly the same way in handmade copper cauldron - lamb that lasts a long time because the slower you get, the better the distillate will taste with a particularly soft palate. With the same devotion he managed to make the dark amber drink VICTOR due to the unique sweet muscat wine of Samos.

We have managed to give this darkness a roundness and softness such as the brandy with the Samos muscat wine that has been and still is highly valued. So we married his recipe with sweet wine and took away VICTOR's taste.
